疏风解毒胶囊治疗带状疱疹35例临床观察

摘要目的：观察疏风解毒胶囊治疗带状疱疹的临床疗效。方法：收集年9月—年3月带状疱疹患者70例，随机分为治疗组和对照组各35例，对照组采用阿昔洛韦膏外涂患处，5~6次/d，口服阿昔洛韦片0.2g/次；治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用疏风解毒胶囊4粒/次，每天3次。两组均以10d为1个疗程，疗程结束后评估疗效。结果：治疗组治愈率为49%，总有效率为89%，对照组分别为31%和57%，组间差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：联合疏风解毒胶囊治疗带状疱疹的临床疗效确切。

ABSTRACTObjective:ToobservetheclinicaleffectofShufengJieduCapsulesinthetreatmentofherpeszoster.Methods:FromAugusttoMarch,70casesofherpeszosterwerecollectedandrandomlydividedintoatreatmentgroupandacontrolonewith35caseseach.Thecontrolgroupreceived0.2gofacyclovirtabletandacyclovircreamwhichwassmearedontheaffectedarea5~6timesdaily.Onthebasisofthetreatmentforthecontrolgroup,thetreatmentgroupwastreatedwith4pillsofShufengJieduCapsulesthreetimesdaily.Thetwogroupswerebothtreatedforacourseof10days.Theefficacywasevaluatedafterthetreatmentintwogroups.Results:Thecurativeratewas49%andthetotaleffectiveratewas89%inthetreatmentgroup.Thecurativeratewas31%andthetotaleffectiveratewas57%inthecontrolgroup.Thedifferencesbetweenthetwogroupshadthestatisticalsignificance(P0.05)?Conclusion:Theclincalefficacywasfoundinthetreatmentofherpeszosterwhen
